Chronic Disease Prevention
If you’ve been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood pressure, you may have been told to lose weight. Or “just” move more and eat less. You may even know all the right things to do, but just struggle with making those habits stick.
I help women in perimenopause prevent insulin resistance, diabetes, and heart disease with a Mediterranean-inspired, anti-inflammatory approach to nutrition and lifestyle.
My philosophy blends functional and evidence-based nutrition to help women lower inflammation, balance blood sugar, and protect their heart health — while building sustainable habits that make healthy living both enjoyable and realistic.
My mission is to empower women to move through midlife with confidence, vitality, and peace of mind, knowing they’re taking proactive steps to prevent disease and feel their best for years to come.
