Watermelon Strawberry Pops

These fruit pops are a great substitute for those full of sugar and artificial colors. They’re a refreshing treat that you can say “yes” to all summer!

Servings 8 small popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 8 med-large strawberries
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
    Freeze in popsicle molds for about 4 hours until frozen.
    Make 8 small or 4 large popsicles.

Notes

This treat doubles as a serving of fruit!  Win-win!
