
Watermelon Strawberry Pops
These fruit pops are a great substitute for those full of sugar and artificial colors. They’re a refreshing treat that you can say “yes” to all summer!

Servings 8 small popsicles
Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 8 med-large strawberries
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Freeze in popsicle molds for about 4 hours until frozen. Make 8 small or 4 large popsicles.

This treat doubles as a serving of fruit! Win-win!
